GC Built were engaged by Dexus for the refurbishment of lobbies and amenities on Levels 13, 14 and 15, delivered under a Design & Construct model. GC Built assumed full responsibility for completing the design, securing approvals, coordinating all consultants and authorities, and delivering construction in line with the project vision; the scope includes relocation and modification of existing building services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic), full supply and installation of lighting, electrical and mechanical systems, and the delivery of high-end, timeless finishes aligned with the client’s brand.
