His experience spans luxury residential developments, complex commercial fit outs and large scale industrial projects, giving him a well rounded perspective on delivering excellence in every sector.

Tristan builds real and lasting relationships with all our clients, offering a high level of attention and quality of service to ensure that every project meets their expectations.
Tristan comes from a background in industrial and commercial real estate, giving him valuable knowledge and experience in working with landlords and tenants with respect to their office and warehouse requirements. Tristan understands the needs of landlords' and tenants' design, fitout and budget requirements for their premises and can offer valuable advice in these areas.
Dean brings over a decade of industry experience to project management in both New Build and Fit-out disciplines. Applying a proactive management style allows him to successfully lead the team from tender phase through to delivery, ensuring that the expectations of all stakeholders are always achieved.
His focus on putting the client’s needs at the forefront in terms of value engineering, cost management and programme optimisation. From flagship retail sites to heritage and new build projects, Dean has thrived on complex project delivery and solution development.
With over six years of experience in sales and commercial development, Brad specialises in driving growth and delivering tailored workspace solutions across the commercial and industrial sectors. His deep knowledge of office construction and the property landscape makes him a valued advisor for businesses seeking spaces aligned to their strategic goals.

Brad holds an MBA from Swinburne University and a Marketing degree from Hofstra University in New York.
