The design focused on maximising natural light and creating an open floor plan, which enhances usability for various business needs. Key upgrades included the installation of new roofing, fire sprinkler and booster upgrades for compliance, energy-efficient windows, and modern amenities. The project also incorporated sustainable practices, such as improved insulation and energy-efficient lighting. Throughout the refurbishment, GC Built prioritised minimal disruption to the surrounding area, completing the project on schedule and within budget. This transformation not only revitalised the warehouse but also provided a versatile space for future tenants, showcasing GC Built’s expertise in delivering high-quality construction solutions.
