The refurbishment and reconfiguration of an existing industrial warehouse at 32 Cox Place, Glendenning transformed the facility into three modern warehouse tenancies with mezzanine office spaces. Delivered under a two-stage ECI and Design & Construct model, the project included warehouse expansion, building services upgrades, new external works, and refurbishment of the existing building to create a flexible, high-quality industrial asset for Dexus.
