• Complete demolition and fit-out works across Levels 1 and 2 of the office workspace.
• Amenities upgrade
• Complete building services infrastructure upgrade
• Lift works to upgrade vertical access between floors.
• Internal and external works to the 11,000sqm warehouse, addressing both structural and cosmetic improvements.
• Roof replacement works, including the relay of the entire roof structure
• Installation of new skylights to dramatically improve natural light penetration throughout the warehouse.
