The comprehensive scope of works included demolition, design and construction of ahigh-performance workplace layout featuring a 12-person boardroom, 4 person and6 person meeting rooms, private offices, collaborative spaces, and bespoke arrival and utility joinery.

Aesthetic and acoustic upgrades were delivered through feature lighting, custom joinery and acoustic wall treatments, while flooring was enhanced with new carpet and vinyl finishes across key zones.
