Our scope of work encompassed the refurbishment of existing bathrooms, demonstrating our dedication to enhancing both aesthetics and functionality. In certain tenancies, we went a step further by reimagining layouts and incorporating DDA-compliant bathrooms, aligning with the latest AS and BCA standards.
In addition to these specific enhancements, our team executed a range of general upgrade works to elevate the overall quality of the office spaces. This included the replacement of ceiling tiles, the installation of new carpeting, painting, and the complete design & fit-out of modern kitchens.
