Guest Group entrusted GC Built with the task of delivering a full office design and construct service as part of their strategic transition. Collaborating closely with Guest Group, we facilitated a seamless relocation from their existing operation in Artarmon to a larger, more dynamic warehouse and head office situated in Seven Hills.
The focal point of the project centered on the design and construction of a brand-new office space. Our team worked diligently to bring Guest Group’s vision to life, incorporating custom joinery to infuse a unique and personalized touch. The result is a workspace that not only meets functional requirements but also reflects the distinctive character and identity of Guest Group.
A highlight of the new office environment is the introduction of a vibrant and inviting 2-stone kitchen space, providing a lively hub for staff to convene and foster a sense of community. This thoughtful addition contributes to a positive and collaborative work culture within the organization.
Furthermore, our involvement extended to the enhancement of existing bathrooms, ensuring that they align with contemporary standards and provide a comfortable environment for employees. In the warehouse area, GC Built played a pivotal role in the installation of racking systems, optimizing storage efficiency.
To accommodate the diverse needs of warehouse staff, we constructed new portable offices within the warehouse space. This not only contributes to an organized and efficient workflow but also enhances the overall functionality of the warehouse environment.
