Mick leads the team as the director of GC Built. He has over 17 years experience in the construction industry from high end residential projects to complex Commercial fitouts and Industrial builds. His key focus is client satisfaction which is accomplished through his relentless passion for quality and keen eye for detail.
Tristan Winterschladen
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tristan builds real and lasting relationships with all our clients, offering a high level of attention & quality of service, to ensure that every project meets their expectations. Tristan comes from a background in industrial and commercial sales and leasing, giving him valuable knowledge and experience in working with landlords and tenants with respect to their office and warehouse requirements. Tristan understands the needs of landlords and tenants design, fit-out and budget requirements for their premises and can offer practical advice in these areas.
Jasimma Petsianis
INTERIOR DESIGN
Jasimma has over 12 years of experience in the interior design industry, working across a
variety of sectors from hospitality, to commercial & residential. She provides a comprehensive &
creative approach to all aspects of the design process. She is also able to assist clients with
obtaining the approval needed for any type of project. Jasimma is also the director of our sister
company Blank Creatives – working with clients on pure design projects.

I have worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, becoming a trade qualified carpenter before commencing a fulfilling career in estimating working for large scale residential and commercial builders. I have a proven track record of delivering high quality tenders, as well as building positive relationships with key stakeholders. My experience has made me adaptable, efficient, flexible, passionate and professional.
Giordana Brewerton
Contracts Administrator/
Project Manager
With over 10 years of experience as a Contract administrator/ Project manager in the construction industry Giordana is an accomplished professional who specialises in efficiently managing projects from concept to completion.
Her industry experience and attention to detail has lead to a meticulous understanding of Contracts administration practices and ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
With a Bachelor of Creative Industries, majoring in Environmental and Spatial Design, Giordana brings a unique perspective to the team.
Mitchell Gomes
SITE MANAGER
Mitchell Gomes has worked with GC Built for the past 4 years as a dedicated Site Manager across multiple projects. Reporting directly to Mat Kuncio, Mitchell’s responsibilities are the coordination and supervision of construction workers onsite. Mitchell provides material and tool selections, daily meetings with trades and safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment. Routine daily site reports and design/drawing reviews are conducted to maintain superior quality control.
